Bulldozer Crash did for Sunday Records was a subtle vinyl-only release with songs about love and remorse all to the accompaniment of jangling guitars. These boys have been busy and although there are still many similarities, "Imperfection" presents Bulldozer Crash in a new light. While "Starkiss" is reminiscent of the sober "Automatic Smile EP", a certain degree of attitude takes over on "Too Much", "Upwardly Mobil Friend" will earn this band comparisons to early Aztec Camera, While "English Streets" is beautifully pensive. Finally, there's "Only baby Head's Smile" which has some fuzzy guitar along with some odd synthesizer sounds in the background.
